When we set out to design this bed, we wanted to produce an air mattress that was military grade-a durable, super tough material that can withstand the rigors of tough use and abuse in an outdoor environment that is still comfortable enough that you'd let your own mother sleep on it. After almost a year in engineering, development and production, Smart Air Beds is product to introduce the Smart Air Beds Ultra Tough Queen Size Raised Air Bed. Raised 18" off the ground, this air bed is exactly what you're looking for if you are planning a weekend tip in the mountains or a multi-month relocation due to a home remodel. The beds durability comes from a unique PVC/polyester oxford laminate blend that makes the bed less susceptible to punctures. Once you pull it from the box, you'll notice it's thicker and stronger than typical air beds. It has a 600 lbs/272 kg weight capacity, so it is certainly suitable for two adults. The entire bed has expertly electronically welded seams for long lasting quality. Its cross beam design (pockets of air run perpendicular to the users back) provides exceptional support and comfort. The included handheld powerful ETL listed rechargeable pump can have the mattress ready from box to bed in about 4 minutes. It can also be inflated with any standard A/C air bed pump (sold separately). The bed uses standard queen sheets (not included), and the fitted sheet is aided by a well placed horizontal groove along all sides to limit sheet slippage. When you're ready to pack the item up, simply open the patented 2-in-1 valves to release the air, roll and fold, and store the item neatly in the included storage bag (which is the size of a gym bag)-easy to keep in a linen closet, car trunk or anywhere with limited space.
